MRFC AGM and Motion to Amend Constitution

The Marble Range Football Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held on Thursday, 22 October, 2026 at the Marble Range Sports and Recreation Centre.

Notice is hereby given as per Clause 25 of the Constitution of the Marble Range Football Club (2023) of the proposal to amend the Constitution, vide:

1. Notice is given to amend Clause 12 of the Constitution of the Marble Range Football Club (Classes of Membership) as per the attached proposed amended Constitution, and

2. Notice is given to amend other Clauses of the Constitution of the Marble Range Football Club as per the attached proposed amended Constitution.

Motions to be considered at the AGM are:

1. That the meeting approve amendments to Clause 12 of the Constitution (Classes of Membership) of the Marble Range Football Club as per the attached proposal.
2. That the meeting approve all other amendments to the Constitution of the Marble Range Football Club, affecting clauses 1., 8., 47.d, 51., 60.l, 63, 68, 77., 78., and new additions "Disclosure of Interest" and "Dispute Resolution" as per the attached proposal.
