Their focus is on the "big picture"—ensuring the club remains compliant with league regulations, managing sponsorships, and overseeing major infrastructure or facility upgrades. They provide the framework that allows all other subcommittees to thrive.
The Women’s Subcommittee is dedicated to the growth and advocacy of the female game within the club. This team focuses on creating an inclusive, high-performance environment for women athletes of all levels. From recruiting new talent to organizing specific social events and ensuring equitable access to resources and coaching.
The Juniors Subcommittee is the engine room for the club’s future. Tasked with managing the youngest members of the MRFC family, this group prioritizes player development, safety, and—most importantly—fun. They handle the logistics of weekend match days for youth sides, coordinate with parents, and ensure that the coaching at the junior level aligns with the club’s technical standards.
